We do not sell your Personal Data to third parties.

We may process your Personal Data within the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom (UK) or outside the EEA and UK. Please, be aware that your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored by, and processed by us in our facilities and in the facilities of the third parties with whom we may share your Personal Data (see Article 4 above), in other countries. 

 

When your Personal Data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, to countries that may not necessarily have data protection laws or other similar laws as comprehensive as those of EEA or UK, we will take all necessary measures to protect your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We have implemented measures to protect your Personal Data, including using the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of Personal Data between our group companies and between us and our third-party providers. These clauses require all recipients to protect all Personal Data that they process originating from the EEA or UK in accordance with European data protection laws and regulations. Our standard contractual clauses can be provided upon request. We have implemented similar appropriate safeguards with our third-party service providers and partners, and further details can be provided upon request.

6. RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We will only keep your Personal Data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of our contractual and/or business relationship, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We may then store your Personal Data in our database for five (5) years.

If we do not have a contractual and/or business relationship, we will store your Personal Data for no longer than three (3) years after you last contacted us.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Data, we will either delete or anonymize such Data, or, if this is not possible (i.e. backup archives) then we will securely store your Personal Data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

In all cases, if you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to submit a complaint or a claim to the Data Protection Authority or to the courts where you are located.

In case of a Personal Data breach that could create a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will (i) notify the relevant regulatory authority, as soon as possible, and if possible, within 72 hours after becoming aware of the breach and (ii) inform you as soon as possible of the nature of the breach of Personal Data and make recommendations in compliance with the data protection authority recommendations. However, you may not be informed if the data breach concerns Personal Data that has been rendered incomprehensible following appropriate technical and organizational protection measures or if we have taken further steps to ensure that the high risk to your rights and freedoms is no longer likely to materialize.
